Learning the language of BodyTalk alongside learning lots of techniques can be stressful, confusing and frustrating. What you hoped would be a fun practice session can turn into endless head-scratching and hot sweats.

I know exactly how that feels, when I first studied BodyTalk back in 2003, I left the 4-day course incredibly excited about the possibilities but completely overwhelmed and exhausted. It took a lot of dedication to get my head around the stumbling blocks I encountered learning the system at home on my own.

This course follows the Procedure and Protocol Chart Course. It is the perfect way to master navigating through sessions using the correct language, raise your confidence and enjoy facilitating sessions and seeing results with clients.
